Anihan Welcomes New Batch of Scholars for Academic Year 2025-2026

Sixty-eight (68) new students for the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) program started their in-school training last June kicking-off another exciting school year of learning and practical arts in three (3) national certificate qualifications: Bread and Pastry Production (BPP), Cookery (COK) and Food & Beverage Services (FBS). These students who come from Calabarzon, Mindoro, the Bicol region, and some from the Visayas, were divided into three sections: Ginger, Peppermint and Anise.

92 Culinary Arts Scholars Graduate with Flying Colors

Ninety-two (92) young and vibrant ladies graduated from Anihan’s Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) Program, its first batch of graduates, last August 22, 2025, Friday, 9:30 am to 12:00 nn at SM City’s Cinema 1 in Calamba City , Laguna. We are grateful to all our industry partners — The Moment Group, The Palms Country Club, Ramen Ron, A Mano, La Kusina, Enchanted Kingdom, and Wildflour. We are equally grateful to all the sponsors, donors, and mentors who attended the event and made the day extra special for the graduates.

23 STEP Scholars Finish Bread and Pastry Production NC II in Anihan

We congratulate our Special Training for Employment (STEP) Scholars who finished their Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) classes and laboratory work which ran from June 30-August 7, 2025. Their Recognition Day was held last August 8, 2025, Friday, 2:00-4:00 pm, at the Anihan School Lobby.

Anihan at WOFEX Manila’s Drinks + Bakes 2025

Anihan visited WOFEX 2025 Drinks + Bakes which ran from March 27-29, 2025, Thursday to Saturday, at the World Trade Center Manila. More than 3,000 Food & Beverage Exhibitors graced this year’s big event, as WOFEX celebrates its 25th year this year.

The Countdown Begins to Anihan’s 40th

Anihan celebrated its 39th Foundation Anniversary last June 4, 2025, Wednesday, with several of its alumnae attending the program prepared especially for them by our current students from the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) scholarship program! Ms. Ma. Rowena I. Nazareno, Anihan’s School Director, gave the opening remarks and enthused all those who came about the events to look forward to as the school prepares for its milestone 40th year next year.

Anihan’s Senior High School Scholars Graduate with 3 Tech-Voc Qualifications

We were glad to see our Senior High School scholars march on graduation day last May 16, 2025, Friday, with the Commencement Exercises held Anihan’s Multipurpose Hall. The theme for this year’s graduation was, “Generation of Unity: Partners for the New Philippines.”
