His Excellency, the Most Reverend Archbishop Charles John Brown, visited Anihan Technical School last July 12, 2023, Wednesday, and was received warmly by beaming Senior High School students waving mini-flags of the Vatican State, together with the School Management, Faculty and Staff. Archbishop Brown was accompanied by the Regional Vicar of Opus Dei in the Philippines and Indonesia, Rev. Fr. Julio Dieguez. We are very grateful for this once-in-a-lifetime visit of the official representative of the Holy Father, Pope Francis, to our school.
Archbishop Brown was given a quick tour of the school and the Anihan Livelihood Center where he saw the various delicacies made by the graduates of the school. He then signed the school’s Guest Book and gave everyone present a special blessing on behalf of the Holy Father. After the school visit, he proceeded to the nearby Parish of San Isidro Labrador where he celebrated Holy Mass with other priests from the Diocese of San Pablo.
