TESDA Laguna’s Provincial Director, Hon. Zoraida V. Amper, graced Anihan last November 27, 2025, Thursday, to be with the participants of the Community Training and Employment Coordinator’s (CTEC) Seminar, conducted here at Anihan from 8:00 am to 12:00 nn. Ms. Aileen R. Clutario, Anihan Offier-in-Charge, and Ms. Minnie F. Gabutina, Vice-Director for Academic Affairs, welcomed her and Engr. Lauren R. Hernandez, CTEC President, before the start of the event. PD Amper was also able to visit the Anihan Livelihood Center and the school’s kitchen laboratory. We are also grateful that Anihan’s Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) Program was promoted to the 26 participants of the CTEC seminar who come from different local government units (LGUs). Ms. Zel Zarraga, Recruitment and Financial Assistant Coordinator, gave the orientation about Anihan’s CARS program.
