Anihan’s very own faculty members, Ms. Cherryl Sze and Ms. Kristine Ann Guevarra, conducted a series of professional training on Kitchen Sanitation and Safety and the Basics of Service Operations respectively for PAREF Southridge’s Canteen Concessionaire staff. The training was held at both Southridge and Anihan on selected dates early this year 2024: January 13, 20 and 27 and February 3, 17 and 24. The concessionaire staff received a series of lectures on maintaining a sanitary kitchen, and learned practical table setting and appointments, table skirting, among others.
We are grateful to PAREF Southridge Canteen Concessionaire through their head, Mr. Bobby Edralin, for the confidence they gave Anihan in training their canteen staff! We look forward to more opportunities for collaboration with PAREF Southridge in the coming years.
