Anihan was grateful and happy to welcome the Maude Labs Team and their Gilded Escape Guests from the United States and the United Kingdom last November 5, 2025, Wednesday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Led by Maude Labs Founder and CEO, Ms. Tin Santos, the group, a boutique personal branding firm, had a tour of the school and its facilities, an orientation about Anihan’s scholarship programs, and enjoyed a hearty lunch under the supervision of Chef Carlos Garcia, the Executive Chef of the Black Pig, one of the school’s industry partners.
We were glad to get the collaboration of some Anihan graduates who took the day off to support this big event by joining the kitchen and food service team that day. Students from the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) program were also a big help as runners and service crew and kitchen attendants.
