We would like to congratulate our Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) students from Peppermint section who all passed their Cookery NC II Assessment held at the Grant Institute of Trade and Technology, San Pablo City, Laguna last February 13, 2026, Friday.
These students from Peppermint section finished making a three-course menu during their three-hour assessment time. We are grateful for our assessment center partner, Grant Institute, for accommodating our students. They are now nearing their on-the-job training phase where they will be working in selected restaurants and hotels for a period of six (6) months. Our CARS students are trained in three national certificate level II qualifications accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). The other two qualifications our students will acquire are Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) and Food and Beverage Services (FBS).
