On October 28, 2026, Anihan Technical School conducted a Cookery Competency Assessment for 15 regular students from VANILLA B and four walk-in applicants.
The assessment was conducted by accredited assessors Mr. Christopher M. Santos and Mrs. Leonides D. Buenaobra, who evaluated the candidates’ practical skills and application of essential cookery techniques.
This assessment provides an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in cookery and validate their readiness to meet established industry standards.
