Sweet Endings and Exciting New Beginnings! 🍰✨
Last September 5, our Bread and Pastry Short Course students concluded their training with an impressive showcase of their newly acquired baking skills. They prepared Mocha Sheet Cake, Carrot Cake, and fresh Fruit Tarts, while demonstrating their creativity through cake decorations using Royal Icing, Fondant, and Boiled Icing. 🧁🎨
