On September 30, 2026, the faculty and staff of Anihan Technical School participated in a Seminar-Workshop entitled “Brain Rewiring for Resilience and Empathetic Student Accompaniment,” facilitated by Ma’am Kathryn Lupisan, Emotional Resilience Coach.
The seminar-workshop provided the Anihan community with valuable insights into resilience, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and empathetic accompaniment. Through the sessions and activities, faculty and staff were given opportunities to better understand how the brain responds to stress and challenges, recognize their own responses and needs, and develop more mindful ways of engaging with others.
The workshop also emphasized the importance of understanding students beyond their academic performance. By becoming more aware of students’ experiences, emotions, and individual circumstances, our faculty and staff can provide more compassionate and meaningful accompaniment as they guide young women through their formation and learning journey.
At the same time, the seminar served as a reminder that creating a healthy and supportive school environment begins with caring for and understanding ourselves and one another. When faculty and staff are equipped to respond with greater awareness, empathy, and resilience, we contribute to a stronger and more supportive Anihan community.
