Sixty-eight (68) new students for the Culinary Arts and Restaurant Services (CARS) program started their in-school training last June kicking-off another exciting school year of learning and practical arts in three (3) national certificate qualifications: Bread and Pastry Production (BPP), Cookery (COK) and Food & Beverage Services (FBS). These students who come from Calabarzon, Mindoro, the Bicol region, and some from the Visayas, were divided into three sections: Ginger, Peppermint and Anise.
Ginger students started their practical training this school year with Cookery, Peppermint with Food and Beverage Services, and Anise with Bread and Pastry Production.
The first batches of students successfully completed their training assessments in Cookery, FBS and BPP starting last September and October 2025. They are all being prepared for their upcoming On-the-Job Training in February 2026.
Goodluck to all our students, CARS Batch 2!
