As part of its commitment to making technical education more accessible, Anihan Technical School conducted its Scholarship Caravan in the municipalities of Infanta, Real, General Nakar and Tagkawayan in Quezon Province from the third to the last week of July 2026, gathering interested parties, both students and parents, to get to know more about the school.
Anihan Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator, Ms. Zel Zarraga, Recruitment & Campaign and Student Support Assistant, Ms. Nicole Estrada, and Ms. Marianne Elidan, Student Support Assistant, made courtesy calls to the municipal mayors and met with the Public Employment and Services Officers of the above-mentioned municipalities.
On July 21, Tuesday, the recruitment team presented Anihan’s scholarship programs to Councilor Maxiel “Junjun” Rodrigo A. Mortiz, and LINGAP AGAD team, Ms. Jobelle E. Morada and Ms. May Ann D. Lucero of Infanta. The following day, July 22, Wednesday, Mayor of Infanta, Hon. Lord Arnel L. Ruanto, received the recruitment team. On the same day, another visit was conducted at the Municipality of Real, Quezon, where the team met with Hon. Julie Ann O. Macasaet, Municipal Mayor of Real, Quezon, together with Mr. Lowie Jhoy A. Tendido, Executive Secretary, Ms. Claudine P. Santos, PESO Manager, and Mr. Idelfonso Jr. A. Cleofas, former PESO Manager of Real, Quezon.
On July 23, Thursday, the team met Ms. Ruth Ann Querdo, the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Manager of Infanta. They ended the caravan with a courtesy visit to Ms. Jerona Easter Q. Porras, PESO Manager of General Nakar.
The team visited Tagkawayan, Quezon last July 28, 2026, Tuesday, and had a courtesy visit to Hon. Carlo Eleazar, Municipal Mayor, together with Mr. Michael Glenn D. Tolentino, Executive Assistant III, to whom they shared Anihan’s scholarship programs and discussed possible collaborations to support the educational goals of the youth in Tagkawayan.
On the same day, the team also visited Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church and had the opportunity to meet with parish staff to introduce Anihan’s mission and explore ways to connect more young women with scholarship opportunities.
At Infanta, another orientation activity was held last July 30, 2026, Thursday, attended by young women together with their parents and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials, providing them with valuable information about the educational and career pathways available through Anihan Technical School.
