The Anihan Livelihood Center (ALC) passed the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Audit once again!
This was conducted by Mr. Michael Soriano of TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines, Inc. last May 9-10, 2024.
The HACCP audit is a widely used approach to food that helps prevent, identify, and manage food safety hazards. HACCP audits consider the physical, microbiological, and chemical food hazards which are critical components of this process.
