On October 10, 2026, 18 students from CARS 2C – Vanilla Section underwent the Bread and Pastry Production NC II assessment at Anihan Technical School.
The assessment was conducted by Ma’am Camille G. De Juras and Sir Christopher M. Santos, whose expertise helped evaluate the candidates’ competencies against industry standards.
