I. Senior High School (SHS)
Food Service Program
Anihan Technical School’s main program is the Two-Year Scholarship Program in Food Service. This is a Senior High School Tech-Voc Track Program approved by the Department of Education with TESDA-registered NC II Qualifications.
Anihan’s Two-Year Scholarship Program in Food Service is an intense, full-packed, highly-enriched Senior High School Program with a special focus on Food Service.
It is the same high-quality skills training that the Food Service Industry Partners have come to expect from Anihan plus the full senior high school curriculum.
Anihan Senior High School
(Grades 11 and 12)
consists of:
- Complete Senior High School curriculum (DepEd-registered)
- Full Qualification in Bread and Pastry Production NC II
(TESDA-registered) - Full Qualification in Cookery NC II (TESDA-registered)
- Full Qualification in Food and Beverage Services NC II
(TESDA-registered)

All who qualify as Anihan Senior High School students (scholars and paying students) will pay the following fees:
Miscellaneous fee every semester School uniform (including the Anihan ID, school pin, laboratory apron and cap) Other school-related personal expenses (ex. ingredients for cooking/baking hands-on training)

• Photocopy of the Grade 10 Report Card (Form 138)
• Ballpen
Requirements
- Female
- 16 to 19 years old
- Single
- Grade 10 completer or HS graduate
- At least 80% GWA
- Able to communicate in basic oral and written English
- Can perform basic mathematical computations
- Personal interview
- Parent interview
The entrance examination is free of charge.
Anihan is open to receive applications from Monday to Friday,
8:00-11:00 am and 1:00-2:00 pm
II. Quick Service
Restaurant Operations Program (QSRO)
The QSRO Program is a one-year tech-voc skills bridging program conceptualized and developed with the Jollibee Group Foundation (JGF). QSRO scholarships is a project under JGF’s ACE Scholarship Program.
The QSRO Program prepares female SHS graduates for employment in the food service industry by providing them with the necessary technical skills, life skills, and on-the-job training aligned with the needs of the food service industry.
JGF fully sponsored the tuition and living allowances of the first three batches of QSRO scholars with a total of 110 graduates so far. JGF continues to provide full sponsorship to select students. Other students may apply for Anihan’s full-tuition scholarship.
Applicants must bring the following when coming to Anihan:
• Photocopy of their SHS Report Card (Form 138)

- SHS graduate
- General average of at least 80%
- 18 to 21 years old
- Combined family income of Php200,000 or less
- Willing to study and stay in Calamba City, Laguna for one year
- Can communicate in basic oral and written English
- Can perform basic mathematical computations
- Personal interview
- Parent interview
For Adults
Anihan offers a full basic hands-on training in Bread and Pastry Production addressing the Core Competencies in TESDA’s training regulations.
Enrollment for the whole course is highly recommended. At the same time, each day is a stand-alone program so per-day participants may attend only on select days.
